Carrot Soup Recipe from Moosewood Cookbook

From the classic "hippie cookbook" of the 70's, by Mollie Katzen~ which many of us could not have lived without venturing out on our own, comes this wonderful recipe for Carrot Soup...perfect for the fall. (I made it with lowfat yogurt and did not add potato; I also chose the nutmeg and cinnamon at the end ) REALLY Yummy. (Sorry, not selling this book on etsy!)
